Changes to Convergence Research Web Portal
New Functionality for Researchers and Clients
As Convergence clients already know, we are always looking to improve our customer service and make sure you are never guessing as to the status of your screening requests. To better further this goal, we’ve released a new customer service feature to help keep you ‘in the loop’. The new feature has benefits for both clients and researchers.
Whenever a client requests an update or a screening ages beyond a certain period, an update request will automatically be generated and sent to the researcher assigned to complete the screening.
The researcher can click on the link in the mail or use the UPDATES tab to immediately let the client know where the screening is, if any additional information is required and when to expect the results. This process is very easy to use and is designed to be as fast as possible with minimal interaction on the part of the researcher. When the researcher clicks ‘Send Update’, the screening status update is then sent back to the client.
Even if a client hasn’t requested an update or the screening isn’t overdue, researchers can use the UPDATES tab to send an update. There is no limit to amount of updates and researchers can view past updates they’ve sent.
By using this feature, researchers and clients can save time, fax paper and phone calls.
